About the Role:
TA Corral, LLC dba Golden Corral in Cullman, AL is looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting & Administrative Coordinator to join our team! Responsibilities:
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and on time
- Reconcile daily sales reports, cash drawers, and bank deposits
- Maintain financial records, spreadsheets, and documentation in compliance with company standards
- Assist with payroll processing, timekeeping records, and employee data management
- Support management with scheduling, correspondence, and general office administration
- Monitor and order office supplies and assist with vendor communications
- Prepare weekly and monthly financial reports for leadership review
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or administrative support
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel; QuickBooks experience a plus
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial recordkeeping
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to multitask
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus but not required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or related field preferred
