This is an exciting opportunity to get hands-on with construction and data center talent acquisition — helping us find, schedule, and engage the best in the industry as we expand across the U.S. and beyond. You’ll be a key part of keeping our hiring process smooth, efficient, and candidate-focused in a fast-paced, high-performing environment. Key Responsibilities Support end-to-end recruitment coordination — from posting jobs to scheduling interviews Source and engage candidates across multiple platforms Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to move candidates efficiently through the process Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in the ATS Help deliver an exceptional candidate experience at every stage What You Bring 1–3 years of recruitment or coordination experience (construction or high-volume environments a big plus!) Strong organizational and scheduling skills — thrives in a fast-moving, dynamic setting Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities Detail-oriented with great follow-through Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with ATS platforms Why T5?
