Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in both English and Spanish to understand their wireless needs and recommend suitable products and plans
- Conduct product demos to showcase device features, accessories, and service benefits effectively
- Assist customers with POS (Point of Sale) transactions, including cash handling, cashiering, and processing payments efficiently
- Upsell additional products, services, or accessories to maximize customer satisfaction and store sales goals
- Maintain attractive merchandising displays, stock shelves, and ensure the store is organized and inviting
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely
- Support inventory management by stocking shelves, tracking product availability, and assisting with inventory counts
Requirements
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential for effective communication with diverse customer base
- Previous retail sales experience preferred; familiarity with POS systems and cash handling is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- Experience with product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies
- Basic math skills for transactions, retail math understanding for pricing and discounts
- Supervising experience is a bonus but not required; leadership qualities are appreciated
- Knowledge of grocery store or retail environments is advantageous for understanding fast-paced customer interactions
