Skilled Carpenter – Drywall, Texture & Finish Carpentry T4 Restoration Services is hiring a skilled carpenter to work alongside our lead carpenter on residential restoration and remodeling projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. We are not looking for a general laborer. We need someone with hands-on experience who can perform quality work with minimal supervision and help complete projects efficiently. Responsibilities Hang, repair, tape, bed, texture, and finish drywall Interior demolition Interior painting Install baseboards, trim, casing, doors, shelving, and other finish carpentry Perform punch-list repairs Assist with restoration and remodeling projects Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe Work closely with the lead carpenter and other team members Qualifications Minimum 2 years of carpentry or remodeling experience Experience with drywall, tape and bed, texture, and painting Basic finish carpentry skills Experience with interior demolition Ability to use hand and power tools safely Reliable transportation Own basic hand tools Strong work ethic, dependable, and punctual Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required Compensation $22.00–$28.00 per hour, based on experience Full-time position Steady, year-round work Opportunity for advancement as our company continues to grow About T4 Restoration Services T4 Restoration Services specializes in residential insurance restoration, including water, fire, and storm damage repairs, as well as remodeling and reconstruction.
