The Professionals We're Looking For:

We're in search of a dedicated Physician who values the autonomy and freedom that comes with working in a smaller, private healthcare setting. We highly regard professionals who take pride in their work and understand the purposeful contribution they make in redefining the quality and satisfaction of skilled nursing home medicine.

• Physician: Master’s Degree and Certification is required.
• A Valid Doctor of Medicine License
• The ability to effectively use technology to deliver high quality care. We utilize Point Click Care or Matrix EMR.
• Clinical proficiency in evidence-based medicine.

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Carbondale and surrounding areas (within ~1 hour of driving time), IL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

• Master's (Required)

License/Certification:

• IL State Current Medical License (Required)
• DEA Certification (Required)
