We are looking for a Security Specialist I in San Diego, California.
Summary
Provide professional computer operator services to NIWC Pacific Security Support Services.
Responsibilities
- Accurately processes incoming and out-going SCI visit request
- Continuously update the SSO database with visit request and clearance information
- Provide control and accountability of SCI material or documentation
- Continued catalogue, inventory, and organization of classified documentation
- Disposal of classified documentation
- Assist in the preparation for SCI indoctrinations
- Assist in fingerprinting in relation to background investigation paperwork
- Provide physical security support through escort of contact personnel and access control of SSC Pac Code 87 SCIF
- Process in-coming meeting requests while implementing physical security requirements and coordination of meetings held within SCIF spaces
- Provided clearance verification through DISS/NBIS and other classified network systems
- Create courier cards/one-time courier letters with appropriate paperwork
- Process approximately 100 foreign travel requests from employee and contractor personnel
- Process approximately 30 foreign travel contact forms received from employee and contractor personnel
Requirements
- 4-5 years of experience
- Top Secret/SCI Clearance-Required
