Job Duties
- Organize and coordinate daily schedules based on call priority and technician ability.
- Dispatch and debrief our technicians.
- Monitor the performance of service technicians.
- Communicate with customers in a timely and effective manner.
- Understand sales goals and help hold the team accountable.
- Quickly adjust schedules as priorities change throughout the day.
What You Need
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 1 year of dispatch experience, preferably dispatching technicians.
- ServiceTitan experience required.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
- Strong ability to multitask and switch priorities quickly.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
