Role Purpose
This is a client-education and architectural-influence role.
As our Architectural Sales Representative, you will drive product adoption and specification placement by earning the trust of architects, specifiers, builders, and engineering firms. You’ll become a technical advocate and resource — educating the design community on how our fire-retardant wood technologies improve safety, reduce insurance risk, and align with evolving building standards.
This role blends architectural fluency, consultative selling, and strategic product education. You will influence early in the design cycle, secure specification inclusion, and support the field sales team by building strong referral and specifier relationships.
If architecture is not your field of expertise — please do not apply.
Travel Requirement
This position demands significant regional travel along the East Coast to conduct firm visits, CEU sessions, product education meetings, site reviews, and specification discussions.
• Remote flexibility is offered, but proximity to a major airport is required to support frequent air travel.
• Candidates must be highly comfortable on the road — travel is essential to building trust and presence within the architectural and specifier community.
If frequent travel is not part of your professional rhythm, this role will not be aligned for you.

• Translate technical attributes into real client value
• Support regional sales with spec kits and technical tools
Project & Pipeline Development
• Track projects from concept to specification to bidding
• Identify early opportunities and position our products before design packages are finalized
• Help convert specification into approved product use

• Surface feedback from architecture firms to shape ongoing development

Growth & Long-Term Value
