Job Description:
T22T Studio is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Home Staging Assistant to help us bring out the full potential in homes through beautiful, thoughtful design. This role is perfect for someone who has a strong eye for style, understands how to create visual impact, and is passionate about transforming spaces to feel fresh, modern, and market-ready.
You’ll support our staging team in setting up furniture, art, and accessories to craft inviting, photogenic spaces that highlight a property’s strengths. Training will be provided, but a natural design sense is essential.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in transforming homes with carefully styled furniture and decor
- Follow staging plans and direction from lead stagers
- Load and unload decor, accessories, and staging materials
- Collaborate with movers who handle large furniture items
- Ensure each space is visually cohesive, clean, and photo-ready
- Help maintain an organized inventory and workspace
Qualifications:
- Strong design eye and sense of aesthetics is a must
- Beginner to intermediate styling experience preferred
- Design background in interior design or related field is a bonus
- Comfortable with hands-on, physical work in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
- Positive, team-oriented attitude and great communication skills
