We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Solutions Architect to provide strategic and technical leadership in the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide IT solutions. Key Responsibilities
Architecture & Design
- Architect end-to-end enterprise solutions that integrate on-prem (VMware, VxRail) with cloud platforms (Azure, OCI).
- Develop scalable application deployment models using Kubernetes (AKS) and Azure Service Fabric.
- Design enterprise data and reporting frameworks leveraging Power BI and cloud-native analytics.
- Define hybrid and multi-cloud strategies ensuring high availability, disaster recovery, and cost optimization.
- Serve as the enterprise-wide authority on technology standards, patterns, and best practices.
- Guide cloud adoption, modernization, and migration initiatives across business units.
- Provide governance for solution design, ensuring compliance, security, and performance objectives are met.
- Mentor engineers and junior architects, fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Lead proof-of-concepts (POCs), solution prototyping, and production deployments.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, Azure DevOps).
- Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption strategies.
- Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into actionable technology roadmaps.
- Produce architectural diagrams, technical documentation, and executive presentations.
- Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders on the value and impact of proposed solutions.
- 7 years in IT architecture, infrastructure engineering, or related technical leadership roles.
- Expertise with VMware vSphere, VxRail, and enterprise virtualization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Azure (AKS, Service Fabric, networking, governance).
- Hands-on experience architecting workloads in Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes orchestration, containerization, and microservices architectures.
- Strong background in data analytics and enterprise reporting using Power BI.
- Understanding of hybrid cloud, multi-cloud, and enterprise integration strategies.
- Must be locally located and comfortable working a 3 days in office hybrid model and 2 days remote.
- Professional certifications: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, VMware VCP/VCAP, Oracle Cloud Architect, Kubernetes CKA/CKAD.
- Familiarity with automation and IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps).
- Knowledge of identity management, security frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and executive presentation abilities.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
- Ability to balance long-term strategy with hands-on execution.
- Collaborative mindset and leadership skills to influence cross-functional teams.
