Here’s what you’ll do:
- Develop and maintain solutions to manage the deployment and reliable operation of T1V systems
- Work with Software Developers and Application Engineers to implement new features and custom functionality into T1V platforms.
- Select, test, and qualify AV and computing hardware components for use with T1V systems
- Run technical performance, network, and stability testing on current and potential system components.
- Work closely with the Customer Support team and Project Managers to provide escalated technical support for customer requests and issues.
- Communicate with Manufacturers to work through problems and design custom solutions for products
- Manage internal documentation with appropriate technical specifications and procedures
- Work with the Quality Control and Project team to verify outgoing products implement the latest technologies, bug fixes, design changes, etc.
- Travel to customer sites when necessary to help with installation and commissioning of custom solutions that require an advanced technician on-site.
Here’s what you’ll be like:
- You are a “Swiss Army Knife” when it comes to technology
- Proficient in Python, Bash, Swift, or general scripting
- Have experience with Mac, Linux, and Windows environments
- Interest in a wide range of technical topics such as AV control systems, scripting, Max / Windows / Linux configuration, computing hardware, and beyond!
- You are a problem solver that is ready to learn something new every day
As a bonus, you’ll also:
- Have experience as an Apple Genius, or equivalent
- Be familiar with usb touch systems / software
- AV hardware experience (audio, video, video conferencing, room controls)
- Advanced experience with Windows, Linux, or MacOS
- Experience with Github, Jira, AWS
You will work directly with the COO, CTO, Project Managers, Applications Engineers, Software Developers, and Customer Support. Your success at T1V will be measured by displaying the above qualities and fulfilling key responsibilities to the satisfaction of all the teams you support.
Salary will be commensurate with experience. As an added perk, bonuses and stock options are awarded based on performance.
