You will serve as the central hub connecting logistics, quality, and operations to ensure our 5GW facility meets its production targets seamlessly.

What You’ll Do
- Develop, schedule, update, and implement daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on capacity and material availability.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams (operations, quality, finance, and logistics) to ensure production plans align with business goals and customer requirements.
- Monitor, track, and follow up on special or high-priority orders to ensure timely execution.
- Analyze production performance data and generate reports on trends, variances, and forecasts.
- Maintain accurate planning records and assist with continuous improvement initiatives in scheduling and planning processes.
- Support small-scale O&M or production optimization projects as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- An organized coordinator with strong communication and problem-solving skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- A detail-oriented analyst capable of managing data under pressure and working independently to resolve scheduling conflicts.
- An adaptable team player who can easily adjust to changing shift schedules and evolving production needs.
- Associate's degree or higher, and relevant experience is preferred.
- Prior experience in production planning or scheduling in a manufacturing environment (preferably electronics, solar, or light industrial).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Physical & Environmental Capability: Must be able to work in a manufacturing plant environment, stand or walk for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and possess the visual acuity required for extensive computer work, data entry, and schedule monitoring.
