What You’ll Do
- Inventory Management: Oversee stock levels, conduct regular audits, and manage procurement requests to ensure seamless operational flow.
- Financial Administration: Assist with basic bookkeeping, process invoices, track departmental expenses, and support budget preparation.
- Logistics Coordination: Coordinate shipping and receiving schedules, manage relationships with freight carriers, and ensure timely delivery of assets or materials.
- Design & Visual Concepts: Utilize basic graphic design principles to assist in creating internal presentations, event flyers, or digital assets (proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus).
- Operational Support: Streamline office workflows and provide cross-departmental support as needed to improve organizational efficiency.
- Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data for inventory forecasting and financial reporting.
- Communication: Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Language Skills: Bilingual proficiency (English/Mandarin or Spanish) is a significant advantage.
- Experience: Proven experience in administrative roles involving inventory or supply chain coordination.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial software; familiarity with design software is highly preferred.
