Associate Account Manager

About Us:

T. Young Agency has been serving the New York community with property and casualty (P&C) insurance services since 1989. We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Customer Service Associate. This role offers flexible hours, making it ideal for college students or anyone looking to gain experience in the insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with inquiries regarding their insurance policies, claims, and general questions.
• Provide excellent customer service through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Communicate with clients in English and have the ability to speak or understand a basic level of Chinese.
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in our internal systems.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve client issues efficiently.

Requirements:

• Must be able to speak and understand Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Comfortable using basic computer systems and office software.
• College student or newly college graduate.
