We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Lawn Care Worker to join our dynamic landscaping team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces by performing a variety of lawn and landscape maintenance tasks. Responsibilities
- Mow lawns, trim edges, and perform turf maintenance using power tools such as mowers and trimmers
- Perform landscape maintenance including planting, mulching, pruning, and shrubbery care
- Operate hand tools and power equipment like blowers, hedge trimmers, and edgers safely and efficiently
- Maintain irrigation systems by inspecting, repairing, or adjusting sprinklers to ensure proper watering
- Assist with hardscape projects such as installing pathways or retaining walls under supervision
- Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and basic tree health assessments
- have to be experienced with a weed eater
Skills
- Mechanical knowledge to operate and troubleshoot lawn care and landscaping equipment
- Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery such as excavators used in landscaping projects
- Knowledge of horticulture principles and plant health care practices
- Ability to perform construction-related tasks like hardscape installation or minor site modifications
- Experience with tree care including trimming and pruning techniques
- Strong understanding of irrigation systems and their maintenance needs
- Physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions
- Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness when handling equipment and performing tasks
