Construction Billing & Project Coordinator

Behind every floor we build is a billing process that has to be flawless. We're hiring the person to own it.

T.W. Hicks engineers high-performance resinous flooring and gypcrete underlayment for commercial and industrial spaces. We're growing fast, and we need a Construction Billing & Project Coordinator who brings precision, drive, and a get-it-done attitude to the business behind every job: the billing, the documentation, and the details that keep our projects on track.

This isn't a seat-filler role. It's a keystone. You'll own our construction billing process end to end and be the connective tissue between our field crews, our office, and our clients. What you'll own:

• Construction billing from start to finish: progress billing, AIA/pay applications, lien waivers, and retainage
• Project documentation, schedules, and communication flowing cleanly across the field, office, and clients
• Accurate, bulletproof project and financial records in our ERP system
• Milestones, change orders, and budgets, tracked so nothing slips
• Partnering with PMs, accounting, and field teams to keep every job on time and on budget

You'll thrive here if you have:

• 3 years of construction billing, so you know AIA apps, lien waivers, and retainage cold
• Acumatica experience
• Salesforce experience
• A real love of organization and an eye for the detail everyone else misses
• Positive energy and a hardworking, can-do attitude; you bring the good vibes and the follow-through
• A growth mindset; you're always looking to learn, improve, and take on more
• The horsepower to juggle multiple projects and deadlines without dropping a thing
