Job description
Our mission is to make the management of ATMs easy and efficient, and by extension, the access to cash for consumers reliable and within an arm's reach. This position includes working in all aspects of ATM operations, programing, assembly, repair, and installation. The individual will need to be highly motivated, detail oriented, and have experience in one or more areas ATM service. The person will operate in a fast paced, dynamic, and challenging environment and they must be passionate, accepting of a changing environment and constantly looking to influence the future outlook of the company. Solid organizational skills and ability to work unsupervised. Learns quickly when facing new problems; open to change; analyzes both successes and failures for clues to improvement; enjoys the challenge of unfamiliar tasks. Pursues everything with energy, drive, and a need to finish; seldom gives up before finishing, especially in the face of resistance or setbacks; knows when to ask for help.
Qualifications
· Experience with ATM’s, similar types of equipment, slot machines, and Microsoft OS software would be a positive for this position
· Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, overtime, or flex shifts may be required
· 1-2 years of experience in repairs of any ATM, computer electronics with hardware and software components, or cash handling equipment and/or related devices like slot machines
· Accordingly, the candidate must have a valid driver's license, maintain car insurance, and a reliable means of transportation
· Demonstrate quality technical, electronic repair and maintenance skills
· Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
· Always maintain professionalism and appearance
· Must be able to work in a team environment and maintain a positive, customer focused attitude
· Must be able to communicate effectively with internal and external personnel, both verbally and in writing
· PC literacy and good knowledge and application of the relevant tools and methods

Responsibilities
· In this position most of your time will be spent in the field diagnosing or repairing our ATM and multi-function cash handing (TITO Kiosk) devices and requires a fair amount of travel by car for the service area
· Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, troubleshooting, repair, and installation of hardware and software
· We will provide training and necessary equipment (tools, laptop, customer software, test software and spare parts) to create that professional foundation to perform your job at the highest level
· Dispatches will typically include diagnosing, repairing, or swapping of hardware components, cleaning and adjustment of mechanical components, and configuration and installation of software
· Perform trouble shooting with detailed analysis of hardware and software issues using all available diagnostic tools we provide
· Perform installation, movement, addition, change and removal of hardware and software products and components for ATMs and cash handling equipment
· Provide detailed debriefing on all performed activities
· Always observe technical or process problems, proactively inform about potential problems and offer improvement suggestions if possible
· Carrying and lifting tool kits and parts of varying weights up to 50lbs
· Requires bending, squatting, walking, standing, or sitting for extended periods
· Exposure to secondhand tobacco smoke within the casino environment is common
· The noise level in the casino environment is usually moderate to loud
· You may be required to drive long distances in traffic, and you may also be exposed to inclement weather conditions
· The candidate must be able to maintain complete confidentiality of any information he/she encounters.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
