Overview:
We are seeking reliable and vigilant individuals to join our team as Security. As a security team member, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of patrons, staff, and property during operating hours. Duties include monitoring entry and exit points, conducting regular patrols inside and outside the establishment, enforcing venue policies, handling crowd control situations, and responding promptly to any incidents or disturbances. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Duties:
Monitor entry and exit points to ensure only authorized individuals gain access to the premises.Conduct regular patrols inside and outside of the premiese to deter unwanted behavior and ensure the safety of patrons and staff. Enforce venue policies regarding dress code, age restrictions, and behavior standards. Handle crowd control situations effectively and diplomatically.Respond promptly to any incidents, disturbances, or emergencies that arise during shifts. Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to provide reassurance and assistance to patrons and staff. Communicate effectively with other security team members and management to coordinate efforts and address any security concerns.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in security, law enforcement, or a related field preferred.Must be at least 18 years old. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.Physical fitness and the ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts as required. Valid security license or willingness to obtain one. Knowledge of local laws and regulations about security is a plus.
Must have reliable means of transportation, as your own vehicle.
