JOB DETAIL:
Lot Attendant & Parts Pick Up
General duties: Use T&T’s computer systems and I-Pad to check in trucks and park them. Fulfills parts orders by loading up customers trucks and providing customer service. Uses Forklift to load oversized equipment into customer's trucks and trailers. Does other tasks to be helpful in a busy retail / service environment
- Be Positive, professional, and dependable.
- Interact well with customers via phone and in person
- Communicate well with the Service Manager and Sales Agents
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Truck equipment / Snowplow parts experience preferred.
- Computer skills and ability to navigate company systems
- Ability to lift up to 40lbs repeatedly throughout the day
- Able to spend extended time outside during the winter checking in trucks and fulfilling orders
- Forklift certified
- A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail entering information into the system.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Valid NYS drivers license
