Our Selecting Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the workflow for all outbound shipping activities. This is a working supervisor position as you will be on the warehouse floor the majority of the night. Our Selecting Supervisor coordinates all shipping document production, oversees warehouse selecting, truck loading, and piece item production. Our Selecting Supervisor will train new hires, review weekly metrics and provide continuous improvement coaching to all associates.

- Training and Onboarding- Train new employees on procedures and policies, provide ongoing coaching, and support career growth within the organization.
- Policy and Compliance- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and safety guidelines.
- Problem-Solving and Communication- Act as the first point of contract for resolving issues, clearly communicate objectives to the selecting team.
