Residential HVAC Installer
Pay: $30 - $43/hour Depending on Experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM. Occasional evenings and weekends as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Complete residential retrofit and HVAC system replacement installations
- Install heating and cooling equipment in accordance with manufacturer specifications, local codes, and company quality standards
- Coordinate with installers, customers, and other trades to ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized work area while delivering an outstanding customer experience
- Read installation drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical specifications to ensure proper system installation
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license with a clean, insurable driving record
- Minimum of 3 years of residential retrofit/changeout installation experience
- Previous experience leading installation projects preferred
- EPA Universal Certification required
- Allen County Journeyman License is a plus
- Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills
- Professional communication and strong customer service abilities
- Commitment to producing high-quality workmanship and continuous learning
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds
- High school diploma or GED
Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
