HVAC In-Home Sales / Comfort Advisor | $100,000 - $180,000 per year potential annual earnings
Base Commission - Uncapped earning potential
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday | Work hours will vary based upon scheduling needs of customer, presentation times and seasonality. Comfort Consultant may regulate their work hours accordingly.
Job Duties:
- Meeting with customers in their homes
- Consulting with customers on their HVAC and indoor air quality needs
- Educate customers on the various options and designs of new or replacement HVAC equipment
- Professionally advise homeowners in determining the correct heating and cooling systems that offer the best solution to fit their needs
- This position requires a consultative sales approach and a desire to help the customer fix their home comfort problems
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process to completion of installation of new equipment

Qualifications:
- 2 years consultative sales / In- homes sales experience
- Knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical or construction industry
- Comfortable working directly with consumers in their home
- Willingness to adapt to customer's schedules and needs
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- Solid organizational and sales pipeline management skills
- Excellent communication & follow-up skills
- Ability to use company-furnished technology products
- Physically capable of lifting 50 pounds, climbing a 12" ladder and working in tight spaces (attics & crawl spaces)
- Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
- High school diploma or equivalent
