We are on the lookout for a motivated leader who can manage operations, build a strong team, and keep our fleet washing services running smoothly.
The Operation Manager role is critical to the smooth operation of all field work related tasks. This role is tasked with three primary responsibilities:
1. Overseeing both the activity of the people who do the work and the tools and supplies they use to get it done.
2. Ensuring that all equipment and machinery stays in top working condition.
3. Ensuring that all customers have an amazing experience with T&T. This includes monitoring quality of work, timeliness and efficiency, as well as resolving any issues customers may have, quickly and thoroughly.
The Operation Manager will spend significant time each week interacting with technicians, overseeing job-specific preparation and communication with Crew Leaders, Field Technicians and Office Staff.
JOB DUTIES:
- Create, schedule and manage work orders within the company CRM
- Create and manage employee schedules
- Work closely with the Office Manager to coordinate job scheduling.
- Train new staff and provide ongoing training and support to current employees
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers, communicating as needed to keep them informed
- Lead weekly meetings with crews
- Oversee Inventory orders
- Maintenance of shop equipment and trucks consisting of minor repairs
- Mix up soap/chemicals in shop
- Build and maintain a strong team with hiring, training, reviews and performance management of crews
- Handle callbacks and perform quality checks
- Wash if needed/understaffed
- Become fully accountable with the every day operations
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
1. 3-5 years leadership and management experience
2. General maintenance skills including minor mechanical and electrical repairs.
3. Problem solving mindset and decision making abilities
4. Attention to detail
5. Complete approximately 4 weeks of hands-on/in-field training covering truck washing, equipment operation and account procedures to prepare for supervising crews.
A typical work week would be Tuesday-Saturday day hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
