What are the responsibilities and job description for the Performance Creative Producer (Write and Film Video Ads) position at T&T Home Improvement?
What You'll Be Doing
- Write, film, and edit 1 to 2 new video ads every single week.
- Manage and run the ads on Meta (Facebook/Instagram).
- Test different hooks, angles, and formats to see what actually converts.
About Us:
We build high-end custom decks, screen rooms, and 4-season rooms. We aren't interested in sounding like a giant, faceless corporation. We are real people doing real work, and we need someone who can translate what we do into ads that get people to take action.
The Role:
We need a one-person powerhouse who can own our video advertising from the initial hook to the final click. You won't just be making pretty videos; you'll be making videos that generate leads, and then you'll be running those campaigns yourself.
What We're Looking For
- You know how to write copy that grabs attention and gets clicks.
- You are solid with a camera and efficient in the editing room.
- You know your way around Meta Ads Manager.
- You prefer a direct, no-BS communication style.
Compensation & Benefits
- $80,000 per year

Candidates will be asked to bring examples of previous video ads they have scripted, filmed, and edited to the interview.
