Account/ Territory Manager – Upper Midwest & Great Lakes

Position Summary
Reporting to the U.S. Sales Director, the Business Development Representative will cover a territory in the Midwest / Upper Midwest. The role focuses on building a robust sales pipeline, identifying opportunities, advancing them through the sales funnel, and closing new business with OEMs, end-users, integrators, and distribution partners.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop a territory strategy to identify and pursue opportunities for square-frame DC and AC motor replacements and new installations.
· Build, maintain, and advance a sales pipeline; provide regular forecasts and progress updates.
· Assess customer applications to specify the right motor solution and present concise ROI calculations.
· Collaborate with engineering on custom configurations and lead-time commitments.
· Negotiate pricing, stocking programs, and frame agreements with key accounts and distributors.
· Close business, achieve quarterly revenue targets, and uphold T-T Electric’s fast, friendly, and flexible service standards.
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
· Two or more years of industrial sales experience in motors, drives, gearboxes, or comparable MRO products.
· Detail-oriented and eager to master motor nameplate interpretation and basic electrical schematics.
· Self-motivated and organized, with approximately 50 % travel within the territory.
· Additional language skills (Spanish or French) are a plus.
