T&T Collision Centers is looking for an experienced, driven Collision Repair Estimator to join our growing team in Grand Junction, Colorado.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Write accurate, thorough collision repair estimates
- Inspect damaged vehicles and identify necessary repairs
- Coordinate supplements and communicate with insurance partners
- Maintain strong communication with customers throughout the repair
- Work closely with technicians, parts, production, and management
- Monitor repair progress and help ensure vehicles are delivered on time
- Document files thoroughly and maintain accurate repair records
- Follow OEM repair procedures and industry standards
- Help create a seamless experience for both customers and insurance partners
WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The ideal candidate is:
- Experienced in collision repair estimating
- Knowledgeable in CCC or similar estimating systems
- Organized and detail-oriented
- A strong communicator and problem solver
- Comfortable working with insurance companies and customers
- Able to manage multiple repair files while maintaining accuracy
- A team player with strong leadership qualities
- Driven to improve processes and help a growing company succeed
- Someone who takes ownership of their files from start to finish
