We’re looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDC Rep) to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who is organized, energetic, and confident on the phone. You’ll be the first point of contact for customers shopping for their next vehicle, setting quality appointments that turn into sales! This position will work at the centralized Sea Girt location, but we will work sales leads for both T&T Coast Buick GMC and T&T Coast GMC in Cranbury, NJ.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound internet sales, phone, and chat leads quickly and professionally.
- Make outbound sales calls, texts, and emails to engage new and existing customers
- Set firm appointments for customers to meet with sales consultants
- Maintain accurate notes in CRM system.
- Follow up with unsold customers, missed appointments, and past leads
- Work with sales management to support daily, weekly, and monthly appointment goals
- Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the entire communication process
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Comfortable making outbound calls and handling objections.
- Reliable, organized, and able to multitask.
- Basic computer and CRM navigation skills.
- Willing to learn- no experience is needed. We will teach you everything!
- Positive attitude and a team-first mentality.

Schedule
Full-time in person at the Sea Girt location. Possible Saturdays. Closed Sundays.
