What are the responsibilities and job description for the Screen Printing Press Operator position at T-SOURCE?
T-SOURCE is a custom screen printing and embroidery shop looking for a full time Screen Printer to join our team.
Automatic press experience is preferred, but if you have several years of manual experience and think you're ready to make the leap, let's talk. This position will include pre and post press operations, coating, burning screens, mixing ink, screen registration, printing, cleaning and reclaiming screens. Troubleshooting, problem solving and switching gears on the fly are all important skills to have.
We print a wide range of work from simple plastisol spot color jobs to simulated process, waterbase and discharge printing. We have a fairly relaxed work environment, but are also Very Busy. You will need good communication skills, a sense of humor and the ability to stand on your feet and sling shirts for 8 hours a day (with breaks of course). Working well with others in a team environment is a must.
Showing up on time for your shift is a must. This is a Full Time position, 35-40 hours a week M-F and includes Paid Time Off. T-Source is closed on most holidays through the year. $16-$20 per hour based on experience 4 week Paid trial period
There is NO option for a part time schedule or remote work.
