Key Responsibilities
Customer Experience
- Greet and assist all customers with a friendly, engaged approach
- Drive sales through product knowledge and thoughtful recommendations
- Maintain a clean, welcoming, and organized sales floor
Closing & Key Holder Duties
- Open and/or close the store independently following established procedures
- Accurately handle cash, POS transactions, and end-of-day reconciliation
- Ensure store is fully restocked, recovered, and prepared for the next day
- Secure the store, including locking doors and setting alarms
Operations & Store Standards
- Follow daily checklists to ensure all operational tasks are completed
- Restock best-selling items and monitor inventory levels during shifts
- Maintain visual merchandising standards set by leadership
- Support cleanliness throughout the store, including folding, organizing, and light cleaning
Team Support & Accountability
- Help maintain a focused and productive work environment during evening shifts
- Lead by example in completing tasks efficiently and minimizing distractions
- Communicate any issues, inventory needs, or customer feedback to management
Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience
- Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working evenings and at least one weekend day
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable handling cash and following procedures accurately
