What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Coordinator position at T.S. & K.D. Glide Foundation?
Essential Duties:
Perform emergency repairs on vehicles
Repair and maintain all permanent structures and fencing
Perform electrical, water, sewer and septic tank service as necessary
Perform maintenance and repairs on ranch equipment
Assist other employees with custodial duties including cleaning shops and bathrooms
Work with sub contractors and vendors as necessary to ensure proper completion of construction projects
Ensure safety compliance for Ranch facilities
Work with landscaping team to assist with mowing, planting, watering, and garden clean up when needed
Perform tractor work when needed (grading, disking, etc)
Able to safely operate and drive tractors, lawn mowers and other ranch equipment
Repair fencing as needed
Ensure proper drainage of facility during rain storms
Regular, predictable and timely attendance is required
Ability to work effectively with others
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
