Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and living areas, ensuring high standards of
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens for clients.
- Maintain organized cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring all tools are sanitized and in good working condition.
- Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients, addressing their needs promptly, and respecting their privacy.
- Follow established janitorial and custodial procedures to ensure consistent quality across all cleaning assignments.
- Must have Air BNB turnover experience and able be able to manage their time in each home.
Skills
- Proven experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques.
- Knowledge of floor care methods including mopping and what to use on each type of flooring.
- Ability to perform sanitation tasks efficiently while adhering to health standards.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Experience with laundry operations- some clients request Laundry services and Air BNB home require laundering the sheets etc.
- Familiarity with janitorial equipment and supplies management.
