Role Description The Engineering Administrative Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greenville, SC, supporting the engineering team with a wide range of administrative and coordination tasks. This role will manage documentation, track engineering projects, maintain databases and records, prepare reports, and assist with scheduling meetings, reviews, and cross-functional coordination. The specialist will support engineering staff with processing change orders, organizing technical files, and ensuring timely routing and follow-up on approvals. Daily responsibilities include responding to internal and external inquiries, assisting with vendor and customer documentation requests, and helping to maintain compliance with company standards and industry requirements. The role also involves collaborating with finance, customer service, and operations teams to ensure accurate information flow and smooth execution of engineering-related activities.
