Shipping/Receiving Clerk (8:30 am - 5:30 pm shift)

This role will be based out of our Owings Mills, MD location with daily trips between our office locations in Owings Mills, Pratt Street, and post office locations. The typical hours for this position are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm with flexibility for overtime as needed and the ability to occasionally cover earlier hours . Responsibilities: Provides basic mailroom and related workplace services. Responsible for the timely completion of own work following a set of defined processes. With direct guidance, completes administrative activities, such as managing incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondences and production services. Using established protocols, fields and triages customer questions and complaints related to the provided service(s), escalating as necessary. Creates documentation for dissemination to on-site service providers related to operating policies, procedures, etc. Maintains records related to service delivery activities or vendor information. • May support management's analysis of proposals, quotations, and vendor submissions. Responsible for driving company vans for picking up and delivering USPS mailings to and from the post office and various T. Rowe Price locations as need. Required Qualifications: High school/secondary school or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience Valid driver's license and clean driving record Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. Availability to work a 8:30 am - 5:30 pm shift with flexibility for overtime as needed. Strong attention to detail Excellent communication skills Prior customer service experience with a client first mindset Preferred: Prior experience with USPS, UPS or FedEx in a delivery role Familiarity or experience with eShipping platforms Familiarity with T. Rowe Price locations and policies Please note: The incumbent will be required to be onsite five days a week.
