Seeking dependable and hardworking individuals to join our Bend-Fab team as Metal Roof Installers. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
This position involves installing and repairing metal roofing systems on commercial and industrial job sites while working safely and efficiently as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
- Install metal roofing panels, trim, and related components
- Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Follow project specifications and safety procedures
- Work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Maintain a clean and organized job site
- Communicate effectively with crew members and supervisors
Qualifications:
- Roofing or construction experience preferred
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor
- Comfortable working at heights
- Strong attendance and reliability
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license preferred
