Heavy Equipment Operator

T-Roll Construction Inc. is a site excavation, utility installation, and trucking contractor in Brighton, CO. We are professional, supportive, and fast-paced, and our goal is to identify and hire a dependable team player who is willing and able to operate various heavy equipment, including a Front End Loader, Back Hoe, Mini-Excavator, and occasionally a job site Water Truck. T-Roll Construction, which has been in business since 2014, is a busy site and utility contractor providing quality work in all areas of excavation, site preparation, underground utility installation, and over-excavation on medium to large commercial projects that are primarily located north of I70 and east and west of I25 and north to Ft. We need experienced Equipment Operators to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in operating heavy machinery in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to excellence, safety, and professionalism. The Equipment Operator manages and maintains the company's assets, including the machinery they operate. To fill this immediate need, you must be adept at using a Back Hoe, Front End Loader, and Water Truck (as necessary). In addition, we own and operate all of the standard equipment required in site work, so your ability to operate additional types of heavy equipment is desirable. Job Responsibilities & Duties:

• Operate a Front End Loader
• Operate a Back Hoe
• Operate a Water Truck (as necessary)
• On-time every day you are scheduled to work (Being late or not showing up for scheduled shifts will not be tolerated).
• 100% commitment to Team and Individual Job Site Safety
• Wearing all required PPE every day. (Required)
• Must have reliable transportation to and from assigned job sites.
• Perform other duties as instructed by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $26.00 - $28.00 per hour
