A Job Where Your Hustle Matters

What You'll Do:
- Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
- Troubleshoot issues and produce high-quality finished builds.
- Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
- Work independently inside major retail stores.
- Hit daily productivity goals...and earn commission accordingly!
- Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
What You Bring:
- Mechanical aptitude-experience with tools or tinkering a big plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the day.
- A desire to earn more through performance.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
- Must possess a valid driver's license, meet the requirements to pass a motor vehicle record (MVR) check, and carry/maintain auto insurance that meets the minimum coverage requirements as defined by T-ROC.
- Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening in accordance with company policy and applicable law.
