T.R. Lawing Realty, Inc. has the following position available in our Shelby Office:
PROPERTY MANAGER
The responsibilities of this position include managing a multi-family portfolio for a single investor, meet occupancy goals, review applications, managing rent collections, perform property inspections, submitting maintenance work orders, marketing descriptions for vacant properties, reporting, resolve and manage lease violations, etc. Property inspections require you to drive to different locations in Cleveland County and surrounding counties on a weekly basis.
A successful candidate for this position will have 3 years of experience in a multi-family property management and have an associate or bachelor’s degree. They must have excellent interpersonal communication, management skills, time management and be organized. Computer experience in Appfolio, Property Meld, and Microsoft Office products such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Valid Driver's License required. In addition, a NC Real Estate license is preferred.
