A full-time IT Support Technician position is available for a premier manufacture of power and distribution transformers. You must enjoy working with people and would have helpdesk and desktop responsibilities. Must be a great communicator and have the ability to provide support for staff hardware and software, repairs, installation and updates within the company. You would also provide assistance to other IT staff.
Required Skills:
3 – 5 years hands on desired, or compatible Internships at college or certificate programs
Solid understanding of Microsoft System Administration with Active Directory
Microsoft office O365 Administration
Solid knowledge of Ethernet Technologies
HP Switching knowledge
Aruba Wireless
Windows Desktop support Windows 10 / 11
Basic VOIP Knowledge
IT inventory
Backup Services and architectures
Education:
High School with either 2 year Associates Degree or equivalent Certification,
Optional 3 – 5 years practical experience
CompTIA A Certification or equivalent
ITIL 4 Foundation
Cisco CCST IT Support
