We are looking for a Full Time Administrative assistant/Accounts Receivables to provide administrative support to our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks including answering phones, scheduling appointments, typing letters and documents, organizing files, and maintaining records.
Requirements:

- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative/support role
- Account Receivables Experience - Quickbooks
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize workload
