Job Site Supervisor

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Job Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on

paver installation and hardscape construction projects. The ideal candidate is a hands-

on leader who ensures crews work safely, efficiently, and according to project

specifications.

Key Responsibilities

 Supervise and coordinate paver installation, hardscape, and landscape

construction crews

 Ensure all work meets quality standards and project specifications

 Read and interpret project plans, drawings, and layouts

 Manage workflow, crew scheduling, and daily job site tasks

 Communicate with project managers, clients, inspectors, and suppliers

 Inspect job progress and resolve issues quickly and effectively

 Oversee material deliveries, equipment usage, and job site organization

 Ensure compliance with company and OSHA safety procedures

 Hands on pressure clean and sealing pavers.

 Picking up material and dropping off materials at job sites.

Qualifications

 2–5 years of experience in paver installation, hardscape construction, or related

field

 Prior experience leading or supervising construction crews

 Strong knowledge of paver installation techniques, base preparation, grading,

and compaction

 Ability to read and understand blueprints, layouts, and site plans

 Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

 Valid driver’s license (CDL is a plus)

 Ability to operate equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws

 Physically able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
