We are seeking an experienced and motivated CPA to join our growing public accounting firm as a Senior Manager. This leadership role offers a unique opportunity for the right individual to grow into a senior partner position and transition into firm ownership within a relatively short timeframe.

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit, review, compilation, and other attestation engagements in accordance with professional standards.
- Oversee preparation and review of individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and nonprofit tax returns.
- Provide proactive tax planning, consulting, and strategic financial guidance to clients.
- Manage client relationships while serving as a trusted advisor to business owners and individuals.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting staff to promote professional growth and team success.
- Review financial statements, workpapers, and engagement files for accuracy and compliance with GAAP and applicable standards.
- Assist in firm operations, workflow management, and long-term strategic planning initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to improve client processes, internal efficiencies, and service offerings.
- Participate in business development activities and help support continued firm growth.
- Contribute to leadership discussions and succession planning with the opportunity to advance into ownership.
Experience & Qualifications
- CPA license.
- Public accounting experience with strong knowledge of tax preparation, tax planning, and attestation services.
- Experience managing or leading client engagements and supervising staff.
- Strong understanding of GAAP, financial statement preparation, and audit procedures.
- Proficiency with accounting and tax software platforms such as QuickBooks, Thomson Reuters, CCH, or similar systems.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and client service skills.
- Highly motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
- Leadership mindset with an interest in long-term career growth and firm ownership opportunities.
