Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on individual and/or company performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance. - Independently manages a portfolio of assigned media accounts, exercising independent judgment on account strategy, issue resolution, and escalation decisions.
- Drive business development through upselling and cross-selling to expand client partnerships.
- Develop and independently execute customized account growth strategies, determining investment recommendations and upsell opportunities based on independent analysis of client business objectives.
- Conduct independent market and campaign analysis to deliver strategic advertising recommendations that directly influence client budget allocation decisions.
- Serve as liaison with clients regarding new product launches and advertising opportunities.
- Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.
