Job Overview
Mobile Associates are responsible for creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They excel at building and deepening relationships with customers through meaningful interactions, identifying customer needs, and educating them on our solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with a broad range of customers in a highly-traffic retail environment, using digital tools and communicating effectively to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
- Leverage digital self-serve tools during customer interactions and the onboarding process, consistently identifying customer needs and using solution-based selling techniques to demonstrate the value of T-Mobile products and services.
- Complete training on the T-Mobile in-store experience, new skills, products, and processes, and knowledge of systems and reference resources to provide a seamless customer experience.
- Partner with nearby store locations to properly onboard customers, perform skills practicing, knowledge sharing, store operations, opening and closing procedures, and carry keys to the kiosk cabinets.
- Be customer obsessed, passionate, friendly, and engaging with customers, connecting on a personal level, building rapport, trust, and loyalty with every interaction.
Requirements
To succeed as a Mobile Associate, you must possess:
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience in a retail environment.
- Customer satisfaction and passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Team building skills and ability to work alongside peers and store leaders.
- Retail sales skills and competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
