Responsibilities
- Engage customers in a friendly manner to understand their wireless needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits to enhance customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately using the cash register and POS systems.
- Maintain stock levels and organize merchandise to ensure an appealing sales environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize basic math skills for sales calculations and cash handling.
- Communicate effectively with customers, including Spanish-speaking clients, to facilitate sales.
Qualifications
- Strong background in retail sales and customer service, particularly in wireless sales.
- Proficient in cash handling and operating cash registers.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with retail math.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to demonstrate products effectively.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.
- Experience with POS systems and merchandising is preferred.
