Duties

- Oversee payroll processes and ensure accurate record-keeping for all employees.
- Implement training programs for new hires and ongoing development for existing staff.

- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.
- Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
Requirements
