Base $50K Bonus Spiffs -- Target $75K
Wireless Sales Leadership Experience is a plus
Responsibilities
- Manage and supervise store staff to achieve sales goals
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure proper stock management
- Train and mentor employees on product knowledge and customer service
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Implement marketing initiatives to drive store traffic
- Resolve customer complaints or issues in a professional manner
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail management
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficiency in math for handling transactions and managing finances
- Knowledge of wireless sales is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines and goals
- Ability to conduct interviews and evaluate potential candidates
- Familiarity with market trends and pricing strategies
- Good phone etiquette for effective communication with customers and staff
