Job Overview
As a Sales Representative, you will be the driving force behind our customer engagement and sales success! What you’ll do

  • Cultivate strong relationships with customers through effective communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Conduct outside sales activities to identify new business opportunities and expand our client base.
  • Manage inventory control processes to ensure product availability aligns with customer demand.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and engage in public speaking to promote our products and services.
  • Utilize your negotiation skills to close deals that benefit both the company and our clients.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, data entry, and administrative tasks using Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies that drive sales growth.
  • Provide support at the front desk, assisting customers with inquiries and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Basic qualifications

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for engaging with diverse customers.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience in retail sales or sales management is highly desirable.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our outreach capabilities.
  • Familiarity with retail math concepts for effective inventory management.
  • Previous experience in customer service or administrative roles is beneficial.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintenance of customer relationships.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
