Responsibilities:
- Visually inspect products for quality defects and assist the press operator with corrective actions.
- Assist operators with tasks such as blowing up flour, running mix, startup of dryers, and equipment maintenance.
- Clean the area and maintain company standards for cleanliness, safety, and productivity.
- Support the press operator in maintaining continuous production and ensure compliance with quality, food safety, and HAACP support programs.
- High school diploma or GED certificate required.
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred, but not necessary.
- Basic mechanical aptitude is helpful.
