T Market, a large Asian supermarket located in the Natick Mall, is hiring for multiple positions in our Prepared Foods Department. Whether you are an experienced cook, baker, server, or just starting out – we want to hear from you!

Position Details
Food Preparation Assistant Manager (19–26/hr)
Supervise daily food prep activities (chopping, sauces, portioning)
Ensure food quality, consistency, and presentation
Train kitchen staff on prep procedures and safety
Monitor inventory and assist with ordering
Server / Food Section Counter Staff (16–22/hr including tips)
Greet customers and assist with food selection
Serve prepared food and handle packaging
Keep dining and serving areas clean and organized
Barista / Beverage Specialist (16–22/hr)
Prepare hot and cold beverages (coffee, milk teas, fruit teas)
Handle cash register transactions
Maintain clean and stocked cafe area
Pizza Maker / Specialist (16–22/hr)
Prepare fresh dough, sauces, and toppings
Hand-toss or stretch dough and bake pizzas
Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Pastry Cook (16–22/hr)
Prepare pastry doughs, batters, and various fillings
Cook and assemble Asian-style desserts and snacks
Monitor oven and stove temperatures for consistent quality
Bakery Associate (16–22/hr)
Bake fresh breads, buns, and Asian specialty baked goods daily
Mix, knead, and shape dough according to recipes
Operate commercial ovens and bakery equipment safely
Cake Decorator (16–22/hr)
Decorate cakes using piping, glazing, and fruit arrangements
Prepare frostings and creams according to recipes
Keep display case attractive and well-stocked
Asian Dim Sum & Pastry Chef Staff (16–22/hr)
Prepare and hand-make authentic dim sum and Asian pastries
Assist with dough making, filling, steaming, and baking
Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
Food Prep Associate (15–20/hr)
Wash, peel, chop, and portion vegetables, meats, seafood
Assemble and package grab-and-go meals
Follow SOPs and food safety protocols
No experience required – full training provided
Dishwasher (15-18/hr)
Wash and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and utensils
Maintain dish machine and wash stations
Keep kitchen clean and organized
Bakery Lead (20–25/hr)
Lead daily bakery operations (player-coach role)
Supervise, train, and schedule bakery staff
Manage inventory ordering and quality control
Hands-on baking of breads, buns, and pastries
Front House Lead (Noodle Bar Section) (18–23/hr)
Supervise daily front-of-house operations at Noodle Bar
Create and manage server schedules
Liaison between FOH (servers) and BOH (kitchen)
Handle customer service issues professionally
Wok Fryer (18–23/hr)
Operate fryer station for fried items and appetizers
Ensure consistent cooking time and oil quality
Maintain clean and safe fry station
Assist with basic prep work as needed
Wok Cook (20–25/hr)
Operate wok station for stir-fry dishes and daily specials
Follow recipes and portioning guidelines
Maintain food quality and safety standards
Assist with prep work (chopping vegetables, preparing sauces)
General Qualifications (varies by role)
Previous experience preferred for skilled roles, but we train for entry-level positions
Basic English communication skills required; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus for many roles
Authorized to work in the United States
Reliable, punctual, and strong work ethic
Able to stand, bend, and lift as needed per role
Weekend and evening availability required for most positions
Food safety knowledge (ServSafe) is a plus
