Responsibilities

• Review and verify all closing documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with FNMA (Fannie Mae) guidelines and other regulatory standards
• Coordinate with loan officers, underwriters, escrow officers, real estate agents and title companies to ensure seamless communication throughout the closing process
• Have loan packages, including TILA (Truth in Lending Act) disclosures, contracts, and escrow instructions signed
• Ensure adherence to Fair Housing regulations and other applicable federal and state laws during all closing activities

• Skills
• Experience in mortgage processing, credit analysis, and real estate sale documents.
• Proficiency in basic math skills necessary for accurate calculations during processing and closing
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to review complex documents thoroughly
• Effective communication skills for collaborating with team members, clients, and external partners
• Ability to perform precise 10 key typing tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy
